Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Spray cooking spray onto a rimmed sheet pan measuring 11 inches by 17 inches.
Step 2
Arrange the sheets of crescent dough on the sheet pan that has been prepared. Seal the seams by pressing them together, and if necessary, expand them slightly so that they fit the pan. The seams of the triangles should be pressed together if you are using crescent roll dough. Make sure the dough is pressed up against the sides of the pan.
Step 3
Distribute the Canadian bacon in an even layer over the dough. On top of the Canadian bacon, spread hash browns, and then sprinkle with one and a half cups of cheese.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, table salt, and pepper under a whisk until the mixture is smooth. While the mixture is still in the sheet pan, pour it evenly. The remaining half cup of Cheddar cheese should be sprinkled on top.
Step 5
For thirty to thirty-five minutes, bake the eggs until they are set and the crust is gently browned. Adding chives, green onion, flaky salt, and/or more pepper to taste is a pleasant garnish. Serve with a spicy sauce.
